last week someone sent me 2500 usdt to my wallet (telegram wallet) , but the transaction stayed on hold because of security check not passes , i have messaged multiple times to wallet support team , their team only answare onece every 3-4 days and i can't withdraw my holded funds , the tron blockchain transaction approved and is succesful , they said in support to send a wallet address to get back the funds , so on i have sent them the wallet address but they said i should send in in dialogus form , i can't find the form anywhere not in support not in wallet , anyone here to help me ?
