I wanted to know how to get a transaction into the network earlier,
I have a problem when I send a money transfer request in the network, it is registered in the network after 7 seconds, but I want this time to be less than one second.

The blocks are generated each 5-7 seconds, and it's not technically possible to record the transaction faster than that.
Faster block generation is also impossible because validators are distributed all over the Earth, and the speed of light comes into play since they need to build consensus.

I can't make this process faster for myself by setting up a node?
