Is there any way to put a new bid on an existing auction on fragment in some programming language like csharp or javascript?

You need just send enough ton in “usual” transaction if I remember correctly…

There is SendTon in samples, but before - it’s better to check Telemint contracts on GitHub to verify required body content. I’m away from PC now, you can find link in Recipes/Telemint
