Sometimes, the swap space on validator nodes can become full, which requires urgent action to resolve. However, since the server is an active node, any disruption to the process may result in punishment. To perform the necessary operation, I must follow these steps:

1- I must not participate in the next election.
2- I need to wait until the current validation cycle finishes.
3- I can then restart the validator process to free up the filled swap space.
4- I must wait until the next election and validation cycle.

Unfortunately, this means losing an entire cycle for a relatively simple operation that only takes a few seconds.

I would appreciate it if you could answer these questions:

1- Is there a way to pause an active node for a brief period to perform an operation without causing any disruption that could result in punishment?

2- Why does the validator process cause the swap space to become full?
