There is an open source tool minter.ton.org for deploying custom Jettons to mainnet. Is there something like it for testnet?

Is it possible to use balance tied to an NFT?
from Telegram Chat Import

As far as I understand, in TON NFT it is possible to associate a wallet with a specific NFT so each of NFTs may have its own "balance". So does it mean it is possible for the NFT creator to use this balance ā€” e.g., for creating a game where points are tied to it or something like that?

< No, it's better not to use it that way.
< Each NFT is a separate smart contract that really has its own balance (and data and code).
< This balance can be withdrawn by user when transferring NFT. Also, it can be filled up by user. This means ingame points based on NFT balance can be changed externally.
However, it seems to me that translation has lost the meaning of original message.

What does "mutable" mean in the case of Jettons?
from Telegram Chat Import

In explorers such as Tonscan every Jetton page has a field called "mutable" with "yes/no" value in it. What does that mean, what exactly in Jettons is mutable/immutable?
