I'm exploring plugins for v4r2 wallets, and here's what I've found.
— TON Connect 2 does not have option to request to add a plugin to wallet;
— Tonkeeper does not have a way to add arbitrary plugin, only standard subscription.

I want to change that. Is it appropriate to open this as TON Footstep (as custom plugins might be useful for whole TON community, and there are many wallet apps that should support plugins), or should I open separate issues at each project repository?
